Nucleo207 : Added commands with basic parser for output write. Added LED status. Added PWM outputs starts.

Added basic MQTT test program.

Nucleo F207ZG : added LwIP, added 1ms timer (TIM7), added basic MQTT configuration in main (not tested).

HMI : Added individual controls for each PWM.
Added notes file.
