The injection speed is now tunable during injection, the injection speed and remaining time alarm variables are now updated only after user confirmation

Fixed some menus timeouts, increased the menu timeout for slow users, inverted the green LED mode to fit the hospital standards, now saving the motor step and sensor position to provide a mmore accurate resume solution

Added the feedback sensor code : the motor movement is now checked by the external sensor, added the bases of the error management system and automatic motion functions

Worked on feedbacks from lo2, now using MEMORY_XXX_MSB and MEMORY_XXX_LSB for better readability, a bit more documentation on variable usage

Added the pre-alarm feature that will allow users to set a configurable warning before the end of the injection. Added lots of comments for code documentation.
