Add capabilities() method to SDIO interface. Remove... 

Add capabilities() method to SDIO interface.  Remove CONFIG_SDIO_WIDTH_D1_ONLY.  That should not be a global propertie, but rather a capability/limitation of single slot when there may be multiple slots.
