Snom, firmware 10.1.152.12

Hello,
Let's update Snom to 10.1.152.12 firmware.
This PR also :

properly defines the timezone option, removing the need for the internal options such as dst, utc_offset... ;
defines webserver_(user|admin)_(name|password) options, needed for the new D862 / D865 ;
defines (and refreshes) some templates which were missing for some devices.

Further SNom updates will follow in a upcoming PR.
