Does not completly obsolete the xivo-snom-8.7.5.17 plugin since the
8.7.5.28 firmware is not available for all supported models.

Not used by XiVO, was proposed for removal in
https://github.com/xivo-pbx/xivo-provd-plugins/pull/12.

You would hit the bug only when picking certain timezone, like
Africa/Tunis.

I.e. need to add another check, since otherwise, people in XiVO 15.16
that would install new plugins without upgrading their xivo would find
themselves with no phonebook URL configured on their phones.

For all plugins which have new way of generating the phonebook URL.

The behaviour of the orbit fkey is not especially good with asterisk
(i.e. it parks the call, but you don't know on which parking), but at
least now it's the same for all the phones in the 700 series...

Firmware (and documentation) for the D765 has not been released yet.
Once this get released, will be able to complete the support for the
D765, i.e.:

* removing the "update_policy" to "settings_only" for the D765
  (otherwise an error messages is displayed and the phone doesn't
  continue its booting sequence)
* adding the D765 to the description (plugin-info)
* adding the D765 in xivo documentation

The D765 on which I did some tests had its firmware in version 8.7.5.21.

So that both the name (e.g. John Doe) and number (e.g. 1002) are shown
on the screen. Applicable to the 6867i and 6869i only.

So if a config ask for a BLF on a softkey, transform it into a
speeddial.

Refactor the current function key generation system to be able to
support all the different expansion modules.

This was used when there was a xivo-aastra-2.6.x plugin.

Replaced by the xivo-aastra-4.1.0 plugin.

The "language N" option for the 4.1.0 firmware doesn't behave the same
as for the 3.3.1 firmware. The 4.1.0 firmware tries to look for the
language files from the "root" of the HTTP server (e.g.
http://example.org/), instead of trying to look from the URL sent by the
DHCP server (i.e. http://example.org/Aastra).

To me, it looks like a bug from Aastra.

Don't put default softkey, except for a directory softkey, if none is
available.
