Fixed some warnings

You can now control the robot using ANY serial port, this include:
* USB-to-serial devices
* Arduino boards
* Etc

- Removed some MORE of Victor's "temporary" files

- Began adding support for KJ (H405 will need some SERIOUS work)
- Note: 'Tourelle' appears to be broken for H405
- Note: Will try this code on the board tomorrow, as of this commit it is UNTESTED

Bluetooth on USART1 is now working. WARNING: Odometry init is still MISSING (segfault, this code DO NOT WORK)
