small UI improvements : the main menu is now circular and does not includes advanced functions when not in DEBUG mode

Fixed a bug in the eeprom read of the motor position and injection start step that was preventing the system from resuming correctly

Code cleanup, now we know the motor control will not change moved all timer 1 and motor control related lines into 3 motor control functions.  Moved the end of syringe detection with the other priority states

small improvement on the cricital sections : now copying the values into safe variables once every loop, added debug flags, now storing the injection start point in flash for resume, fixed a bug where slow injection speed could overflow the OCR1 register

Big rush before presenting the prototype v2 : added some ui details and buzzer cases, reworked the motor state machine to integrate the over pressure alarm, tweeked the values to fit the new prototype, added debug options
